How to Size Yourself

Our bras are tailored to support and adapt to your body throughout pregnancy and nursing. Follow these easy steps to find your perfect fit:

What You'll Need: - A measuring tape, pen, and paper - A mirror - A non-padded bra that shows your true shape - Measurements of your rib band and cup size in inches

Step 1: Band Measurement

Measure around your chest above your breasts. Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor and snug without any gaps. If your measurement falls between band sizes, round up or down to the nearest even number to determine your band size (e.g., 34, 36).

Step 2: Bust Measurement

Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over the nipple area. This measurement should be looser than the band measurement. Hold the tape with one hand and press it in between your breasts with the other hand. The result is your bust measurement. Subtract your band size from your bust measurement to find the difference.

Step 3: Calculate Your Size

Subtract the band measurement from the bust measurement. The remainder corresponds to your cup size, with each number representing a letter (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, etc.). Combine your band measurement and cup size for your complete bra size.
